Course curriculum

In this section, I will walk you through doing a self-assessment on joint mobility for your ankles, knees, hips and shoulders. I will also go over all the corrective exercises that apply to each dysfunctional pattern so you may do the appropriate warm up exercises prior to your workout.

    Jeramy Meredith

    Jeramy lives in Trophy Club, Texas with his wife Kami, daughter Piper and son Dax. He has been involved in sports and fitness most of his life. Health and fitness really took control of him when he went off to college and has since really taken off. He is well rounded in all areas of fitness including endurance sports, weight lifting & obstacle course training. He is a personal trainer that can help with assessing range of motion and functional movements, weight loss, muscle gain, sports training and post-rehab. He loves helping people reach their goals and one of his strongest assets is that he leads by example. His training experience and certifications include: a personal trainer since January 2000; an MS in Kinesiology; 3 certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (certified personal trainer) (performance enhancement specialist) (corrective exercise specialist); certified in Muscle Activation Techniques; certified in Functional Movement Screening; experience as a physical therapy technician and an exercise physiologist running cardiopulmonary stress testing; and courses in orthomolecular nutrition (using vitamin therapy to cure and prevent illnesses and conditions…vitamins that are found in the body anyways)
